What do I get with the digital art packs?
The digital art packs include high-resolution JPG files and in some cases vector EPS and PDF files of the designs. Digital art packs include patterns, textures and in some cases poster-sized artwork. The designs included are created to work well together, so one could use them as a set of art prints, to create matching packaging or postcard designs, or to create unified fabric prints for interior decorating projects. How one chooses to mix and match the designs is up to them!
Where do I find the digital download?
Once an art pack or digital print has been purchased, the digital file link will be sent via email. The subject line of the email will be “Your HLOMRT order receipt from” plus the date of the order. In the email under the name of the product will be a download link in blue that says the name of the product.
What kind of license do the art packs have?
The standard license for the art packs is personal use and commercial use for up to 200 items. If you are interested in using the designs on more than 200 pieces you can easily purchase an extended commercial license. How do I receive my artwork?
The artwork, including prints, paintings, photo prints and sculpture, is shipped within 5-7 business days.
You can check on the status of any order by emailing us at email@example.com.
How do I make a return?
For any shipped artwork, you can return an item within 14 days. The artwork must be in the same condition and return shipping must be paid.
For digital downloads, we generally don’t allow returns since the material is digital.
Can I copy the artwork or digital art packs?
The artwork and art packs are the creation of the artist and cannot be copied. The artist own the rights to their own work.
We take artist rights seriously at Hello Mart and will take the necessary steps if their rights are infringed on.

How do I become an artist at Hello Mart?
Hello Mart is a curated platform. We curate so the quality of the artwork stays optimal and so we can focus attention on artists that are selected to showcase their work.
If you want to join Hello Mart as an artist just send us an email with some samples of your work or a link to your portfolio and some information about you. We will review your submission and get back to you in 2-3 business days.
What do artists get?
Artists who work with Hello Mart get a way to sell their work, an artist showcase, and exposure on social media.
If an artist’s work sells, at this time they get 100% of the sale. We do not take any cut. We are artists ourselves and understand that artists want to receive the full value of their work. In six months time if the upkeep of the site becomes too much we may take a percentage of a sale, but not more than 15%.
If the artist is shipping their own work then they are responsible for the shipping cost or it is factored into the artwork price.
What kind of art and design are you looking for?
We like work that is pop art, colorful, textural, collage, tech and graphic. We look for work that approaches a subject or technique in creative ways. We are interested in contemporary art that has a strong, new and distinct visual character.
